Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

At the moment, we only ship within select regions where alcohol delivery is permitted. International shipping will be available soon.

Due to alcohol regulations, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. You’ll be notified once your refund is issued.

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. More options coming soon!

No. All orders must be paid for online at checkout before processing.

Yes, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email with a detailed receipt after payment.
